TERMS OF BUSINESS

Please send or telephone your order to us. You will then receive a pro-forma invoice for the total amount due, including postage and packing, etc. An order will be determined to have been despatched when payment is received. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to

Parcels will only be insured if specifically requested by the customer on the initial order.

When ordering, it would help if you could let us have your telephone number in case of any queries.

The following is an approximate guide to our postal charges:- Weight up to:

2kg - £5.30 4kg - £8.60 6kg - £11.50

8kg - £14.10 10kg - £15.15 20kg - £17.65

As an alternative to Parcel Force delivery, we are now using a company called APC Overnight, which offer a next day delivery service, at competitive rates, i.e. up to 20 kilos £12.95, plus 50p per kilo thereafter. Where possible, we would prefer to use APC Overnight, as Parcel Force can take up to 10 weeks to deliver.

All of NI 2 day service, up to 20Kg £17.65 40p per Kg over 20kg

Dublin 1 to 24 & County 3 day service 20Kg £20.30 60p per kg over 20kg

Rest of Southern Ireland 3 day service up to 20 kg £24.75 60p per kg over 20kg

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

Goods shown in the price list are subject to their availability. Any deletion from the price list will be advised prior to acceptance of order.

ALTERATIONS TO PRICE LIST

The prices shown in the price list are correct at date of printing but are subject to alteration. Any alteration of price will be advised prior to acceptance of order.

EXAMINATION OF GOODS

All goods are carefully examined prior to despatch but should also be examined on receipt. Once work has been commenced on the timber supplied, it cannot be returned.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

Claims in respect of goods damaged in transit must be reported in writing and received by us within three days of delivery goods. Please state full details of damage, the date of receipt and invoice number.

RETURN OF GOODS

Returned goods must be securely packaged and the Post Office Compensation Fee paid by the customer. The carriage charge on returned goods must be paid by the customer. Returned goods in transit are sent at the sole risk of the customer.
